Primary channel — Telegram bot. We create a bot for your company, employees start it once, then receive alerts in DMs or group. Free and instant. Slack/Teams/Email — also possible if needed.
Integration requires API access in your plan. Most modern SaaS (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion, Asana) provide API on paid plans. For 1C and legacy systems — we check possibilities during Discovery. Without API the only option: manual export to Google Sheets, we pull from there.
Bridge is a screen on top, not a replacement. If you need to replace 5-10 systems — that's Replace or System, different timelines and budget.
A consultant will give a report with recommendations. We deliver a working tool + data map. Report sits in a folder. The tool works.
